Because each shirt is made to order and many designs are custom-created, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sizing, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.

That said, if we make a mistake on our end, we will absolutely make it right.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged

• There is a printing or design error

• You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

We put a lot of care, time, and detail into every design, and this policy allows us to continue creating high-quality, custom pieces just for you. If you have any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help. We want you to feel confident before you click “purchase.”

All orders are carefully packaged in standard protective t-shirt poly bags to keep your item clean and safe during transit.

We ship all orders via USPS at this time. We do not currently offer shipping through UPS or FedEx.

Because each item is made to order, please allow a short processing time before shipment. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
