DESIGN PACKAGE

This service is for clients who want a fully custom design created by Jess Real, with complete ownership transferred to you upon completion. Once finalized, the design is 100% yours. Jess Real Designs will not retain rights, resell, reuse, or promote the artwork in any form.
This is a private, made-to-order commission created specifically for your brand or business.
What's Included:
• Custom Design Creation
Design requests must be submitted through our Design Brief Intake form. We’ll work closely with you throughout the design process via email to ensure the final artwork aligns with your vision.
• High-Resolution Print Files
You’ll receive multiple PNG file versions based on the design needs (transparent or non-transparent background, halftone variations if applicable, color variations when needed). All files are optimized for DTF printing and meet the same quality standards we use in-house.
• Printed Quality Sample
You’ll receive a DTF-printed sample mailed to you to confirm print quality and inspection prior to use.
• Two-Part Payment Structure
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. No design work will start without payment.
• Approval & File Release Process
Once the design is complete, you’ll receive a watermarked proof for final approval. After approval and final payment, all finalized files will be delivered.
• Ownership Transfer Contract
You will receive a signed agreement stating:

Sales-Ready Mockups
You’ll also receive professional mockups with models, watermarked with your brand, ready for immediate use on your e-commerce platform.
